DAMAGES & DEFECTS
If an item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturer defect, the buyer must contact the manufacturer within 48 hrs for repair options. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Due to the material and production method used, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present. These are normal and do not qualify as defects. If you are seaking flawless, showroom-quality items or intend to scrutinize products with magnification or to a nanometer level, we recommend purchasing from a retail store in person.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you purchased insurance, any claims for damage must be made through the carrier, not the seller. We are not responsible for carrier-related damages if insurance was not purchased.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion.
Tracking information will be provided via email when your order ships.
We are not responsible for lost stolen, or tampered-with shipments left at unattended locations. We recommend being present to receive your package directly from the delivery carrier.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delay due to weather or other (acts of god) are beyond our control. If such a delay causes your item to miss a required delivery date, you may refuse the shipment upon delivery and request a refund for the merchandise cost only. Shipping charges (both directions) will not be refunded.
